In a recent CTV Calgary feature, RareBuilt Homes showcased their newest development, 1700 Aspen Estates–a collection of 66 luxury townhomes designed for discerning homeowners who want to downsize without sacrificing space, quality, or lifestyle.
Located in the heart of Aspen, the community offers one of the most coveted settings in Calgary’s southwest. Residents enjoy quick access to grocery stores, cafes, restaurants, top private schools like Rundle Academy, Webber Academy, and Calgary French & International, plus a nearby C-Train station. And just behind the development? A breathtaking view of the Rocky Mountains, making weekend escapes effortless.
Inside the show home, CTV host and RareBuilt’s Kristina highlight what truly sets these townhomes apart: estate-level finishes.Think panel-ready Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances, concrete demising walls for exceptional soundproofing, and high-performance European tilt-and-turn windows. The result is a remarkably quiet, serene interior–something nearly every visitor comments on.
The floorplans range from 2,200 to 3,400 sq. ft., each fully customizable with options like fourth bedrooms, hidden pantry rooms, coffee niches, or even guest-suite style setups for university-aged children returning home. Larger units are also elevator-ready, allowing homeowners to future-proof and comfortably stay in their home 5–10 years longer.
Homeowners seeking a maintenance-free, lock-and-leave lifestyle will appreciate smart-home features, security integration, and solar panels included with every unit.
As Kristina notes, 1700 Aspen Estates is truly a lifestyle choice–perfect for those wanting elevated living, convenience, and a high-end home experience without the upkeep.
